For the first time in
Peru, Milspec Foods company is producing apple sauce in pouch for school
programs and retail markets.
For thermal processing, they are using Lagarde steam & air retorts,
because of its efficency and the shortest cycle time, preserving sensorials and
nutritionals properties of apple sauce.
Moises Blumen, Managing Director said about his Lagarde retorts:
"Pamarters control accuracy is perfect, 0 error. Retort process is moving
forward and you can see it on the graph. I am very confident in using this
machine as my customers, wether Government or Retail are very demanding from
food safety perspective."
He added that: "When customers come to visit my plant, they feel
impressed with retorts operation".
